Lemon Meringue at Iftar*
In the name of God, compassionate & merciful بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمنِ الرَّحِيمِ | Peace be with you السلام عليكم
I made lemon meringues today. Sweet little tartlets made from shortcrust pastry, lemon curd, egg whites and compassion.
They were a wee bit overcooked but still tasted great al'hamdulillah.
