Muslimness Needs You
In the name of God, compassionate & merciful بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمنِ الرَّحِيمِ

It's taken four years to actualise this Muslimness and alhamdulillah after testing, it's partially breathing!
I need you to join in, in any way, shape, size or form. Read below for elaboration...
Aim: To create an international platform for intelligent, experienced & everyday SuperMuslims with ideas to express themselves honestly. I am not creating another social network, nor an 'opinionated' site where criticism and complaint is the source of income. Similtaneously, while backed with evidence, this is no preachology either. This is Muslimness on an international scale.
Why: Because we can. If an opportunity arises to teach, learn and really affect people's way of thinking in a phenominally enlightening way, why not? The internet lacks Muslimness as do its audience. There are so many things, 'blathery' things that irritate, inhibit and contradict the Muslimness I hold to. 'Experts' on Islam, "fatwah's anonymous" and *haram police* have distorted the rainbow of Islam with such ugly shades. No more! If 'they' can, why can't we? We can, to a better and much more entertaining level, based on truthiness, focus and the funny. Muslims are funny people.
Who: You. Unfortunately this isn't an open request to all but should you wish to join in, contact below. Nothing major is required from you, it isn't time consuming either. Some of you already have blogs and vlogs: we need to simply integrate. Eventually with funding insha'allah there will be expansion.
Content: Anything that shows you're a Muslim - no 'why is the world dead?' attitude, no repetitive dire news, no latest trends - just ideas from you on changing perceptions & states of minds: poetry, your designs & travels, experience in Muslimness, heritage, knowledge on Islam, things you do, books you read - really, anything! Bloggin' or vloggin' or simply a two-line piece or a cartoon, an animation that you want others to see, to CHANGE things.
When: Now.
Where: As soon as you agree to join - here at Muslimness.com. No major worry for the legalities, I'm keeping it informal.
I will design the whole site, link to your own websites, create avatars for every writer/contributor/artist, assign simple, monthly/fortnightly topics or group projects from whichever part of the world you're from. This is not my site, I am not asking you to work for me, this is our site and I am asking you to work with me. Finally, insha'Allah ta'la, with the will of God almighty.
How: To join please email your name, location and contact details at Muslimness muslimness@live.co.uk and post a comment below. I will confirm, ask for initial ideas and create profiles, links and avatar. Will be going live on Facebook, Twitter and Muxlim very soon.
