Type/Translate Arabic With Yamli
Learning Arabic is not as difficult as it seems. For a majority of Muslims, Arabic is a second or even third language, and as Islamic faith is founded on an Arabic scripture, it makes sense to understand what the Qur'an is saying. Yamli, an online translator, makes interpreting Arabic phrases even more easier.
Yamli is primarily a search engine with a similar interface to Google, but one of its features is an online 'keyboard' that translates English into Arabic text, depending on what you're typing.
Type words in transliteration, Arabiya, Fi hi ma fi hi, halan, and Yamli picks up and matches them to their Arabic counterparts. Typing in Alhamdulillah, praise be to God, would load the correct Arabic spelling, الحمد لله. The only drawback is that you need to know the transliteration of Arabic phrases, and Yamli's other feature as a dictionary takes care of translations.
Yamli also loads suggestions for words that aren't originally Arabic, so for those of you with some Arabic literacy, you can choose the best translation. Pretty cool, methinks.
