University Trip
In the name of God, compassionate & merciful بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمنِ الرَّحِيمِ Peace be with you السلام عليكم
I took a sibling for uni interviews. I felt smarter just by being there. This is Huddersfield university, famous for its chancellor Patrick Stewart from Star Trek, the YouTuber Crabstickz, and recently developed multi-million dollar extensions. Hundreds of'em.
Some event thing is happening.
Huddersfield uni. The original pre-historic design.
I am here. No, wait, I am there. There. No, over here. Wait, where, there?
No, here, over here, heeere!

These are stone seats. Not comfortable.
More stonehenge seating. Seriously, who designs these things?
Hasn't anyone heard of self-heating bean-bags?
An open day at the student centre.

My favourite kind of building.
Inside, art students sketch stuff while the musically able compose tunes in seminars.
That's a tea room concept. Very avante-garde.
The view from the back. I got bored so went site-seeing.

I think I want to go back to university now. I've studied technology, history, English literature, music, art, philosophy, religious studies, sociology, science, business, languages... All that's left is law. Eh.
Cool post Zaufi. Best wishes for aforementioned sibling :-) Really nice pics and funny captions as always! Yeah, artsy furniture of that sort usually nice eye candy, but not functional as you discovered! Wowwww, the uni looks so fancy and modern. My college (= small school) had the Tudor style buildings, which I also like very much. Here is one example:
