Review: Imaan Collections - Islamic Libaas

In the name of God, compassionate & merciful بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمنِ الرَّحِيمِ | Peace be with you السلام عليكم

I notice it appears as though I'm on a promotional rampage this month and buying excessively without a care in the world or thought for following desire over sensibility, and shamelessly. What really happened was that I found a certain someone's credit card... and an influential voice from above said use it. I'll let my mother know about that bill soon. Insha'Allah. After I leave.

Seller: Imaan Collections, by Sophia from Leicester.

A trendy, couture collection of Islamic libaas (clothing) for women that looks heavily influenced from the spring/summer 2010 catwalks, Dubai and of course, London. Ah lyke it.

The abayas are themed into street wear, special occasions and uber glamourous. These are pretty hip:

Urban Afrika, with side draping.
Excellent for when you want to dance in public.

Crystal Ebony, more my thing. It doesn't make sense, has much ruches or
as one with knowledge says, 'zshuzshing',
is covered in sparkles and is long, oversized and flowy. Perfect.

However, this is what I bought: The Military one. Simpler. Pockets (for holding glueguns)...
A drawstring effect at the bottom hem - hello heels and trainers...

...A gathered waist... I don't know why that's important...

...and a spiderweb like brooch. Yayy, brooches. To distract from our (my) fugliness!

Look and oogle and buy from: Imaan Collections. What dyu think?
